Riley wipes Erica down slow, warm cloth sliding over her skin while the room stays quiet except for breathing.
By the time the sponge bath is finished, Erica’s already restless.
The curtain goes up for privacy.
A pause.
Riley catches the shadow moving on the fabric. Hand pumping. Fast. Nervous.
She pulls it back and finds Erica touching herself, cheeks flushed, half embarrassed, half needy. Riley doesn’t scold her. Just smiles. Steps closer. Offers help instead.
Then footsteps.
The resident walks in and Erica panics, yanking the blanket up just in time. Dr. Kei starts checking her heartbeat, completely clueless.
Under the covers, Riley’s head disappears.
Erica bites her lip hard, fingers gripping the sheets while Riley works her mouth between her thighs, slow then faster, breath hot against her skin.
The doctor finishes and leaves.
The blanket flies off.
They’re on each other right away, hands everywhere, bodies pressing close as they keep going.
Seconds later the door opens again.
Dr. Kei freezes. Stares.
Shock melts into heat.
And suddenly she’s stepping in, ready to make the checkup a lot more hands-on.
